Cancellation Policy
• Canceling your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
• "NO SHOWS" will be charged equal to 70% of the reserved service.
LATE POLICY:
- Please understand that you must arrive at your appointment on time. If you are running late, please send a text with an estimate of your arrival time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule. If you are late but arrive before the 15 minute period, understand that we may have to alter the services of your appointment.
